Codex Lite Eeprom Programming Kit

Codex Lite is the replacement of the very popular Omega Eeprom and Orange 5 Programming Kit.

This programmer and PC software enables users to read the eeprom file from the ECU or immobiliser system and save it to the PC program.

The Zed-Bull or AD900Pro eeprom software then uses this file and will read the security pincode and prepare a transponder ready to start the vehicle.

Professionals can also use this eeprom software to edit eeprom files as necessary.

The Codex Lite kit comes with a comprehensive range of eeprom adapters to fit all styles of eeproms used in Automotive applications. In addition, the kit comes with many adapters that will enable eeproms to be read in-circuit, therefore reducing the need to desolder from the boards.

The Codex Lite system connects to your PC via USB, with the software able to be loaded to multiple computers.

Universal Eeprom Kit

Often the process of creating a transponder from the dump file of an eeprom requires the eeprom to be overwritten with different information. You should NEVER overwrite a customer's eeprom until you have a copy of the original, and are able to put the car back to standard.

Correct Procedure

Read the vehicle eeprom and set to one side (in case a problem occurs)
Select the same type of eeprom from your universal kit
Create a new eeprom with your new transponder information
Check the new eeprom works with the vehicle
Return the original eeprom to your universal box for use on the next vehicle

Stereo Microscope
