It is impossible to program new remotes into MG Rover vehicles with Pektron remotes (2003-2008) with the immobiliser armed.
This very useful tool disarms the immobiliser and enables new remotes to be programmed.
Simply remove the circuit board from the immobiliser and sit it on the unlock tool.
