Hickleys are one of the largest specialists in Auto Electrical & Diesel repairs. To compliment our existing Taunton Technical Workshops, we are seeking an enthusiastic energetic person to work in our busy reception office. The role will be Customer Service by telephone and in person, together with computer work, parts admin and general office administration duties. Good numeracy & organizational skills plus some computer literacy are required.
Your role will be the important link between the customer and the workshop technicians, therefore you will require good communication skills to meet exact customer requirement. You will be working in a lively environment; therefore you will need to be able to work under pressure using your own initiative offering exceptional customer services.
Hours of work are from 8.30 am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. In return we offer a good rate of pay, company pension scheme and holiday amounting to 22 days, plus other Company benefits.
